Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about how our content engine works.

How is this different from a content agency?
Agencies write what you tell them to. We build a content strategy based on your buyer signals — search trends, social engagement data, competitor gaps, and AI citation opportunities. Every piece of content has a specific job: rank for a keyword, spark a LinkedIn discussion, or earn an AI citation. Nothing is written without a measurable purpose.
Do you write the content or just plan it?
We write everything. You approve the editorial calendar and topic briefs at the start of each month. Our team produces the posts, you review and request revisions, we publish and distribute. Total time from your side: about 30 minutes per month.
Which platforms do you distribute to?
Core distribution includes your blog, LinkedIn (post series with carousels), newsletter, and Reddit. Growth plan adds X/Twitter threads. Enterprise adds podcast scripts and guest post placement on industry publications.
How long before I see results?
LinkedIn engagement increases within two to three weeks. Search traffic improvements appear in six to eight weeks. AI citations begin appearing in six to twelve weeks. The compounding effect — where each month's content amplifies the previous month's — becomes visible at the three-month mark.
What if I already have a content team?
We slot in as either your full content engine or a specialized partner. Common setups: we handle the blog and LinkedIn while your team owns newsletters and events. Or we manage everything while your team focuses on product and sales enablement. We also white-label for agencies that need content production capacity.
What is the onboarding process?
Week one: content audit and buyer research. Week two: editorial calendar and brand voice guide. First posts go live in week three. Everything is set up and running within 21 days of your first call.
Do you work with any B2B SaaS company or only specific markets?
We work best with B2B SaaS companies that have a clear ICP and at least six months of product history. Early-stage startups benefit more from founder-led content. Series A and beyond get the most value from a structured content engine. We specialize in companies with an ACV of $5,000-$50,000.
What if I need to pause or cancel?
Month-to-month with 30 days notice. If you pause, your strategy doc and content library remain yours. When you resume, we pick up from where we left off.
How do revisions work?
Starter plan includes two revision rounds per post. Growth and Enterprise include unlimited revisions. Typical revisions are minor — tone adjustments or fact checks. Most clients request revisions on fewer than 20% of posts.
Do you handle SEO technical optimization?
Each post includes meta titles, meta descriptions, URL slug, heading structure, internal linking, and schema markup. We do not handle technical SEO audits or site-wide optimization — that is a separate engagement. But every post is formatted to perform well in search.
