Terms of service

1. Services

ProductQuant provides content strategy, production, and distribution services as described in your service agreement. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment terms

Fees are due at the start of each billing cycle. Payments are processed via invoice or automated payment method. Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days.

3. Content ownership

All content produced under this agreement is your intellectual property upon full payment. We retain the right to display anonymized portfolio examples.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, strategy documents, and performance data as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties except as needed to deliver services.

5. Cancellation

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain all content produced. Final invoices are due for work completed through the termination date.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or loss of data.

7. Guarantee

Our traffic growth guarantee is governed by the terms on the guarantee page. Guarantee claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the measurement period.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
